I am a licensed clinical psychologist, with over 20 years of experience. I began my training at Hunter College School of Social Work where I obtained a masters degree in social work. After practicing as a licensed clinical social worker for many years I returned to school to complete a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology at Miami University of Ohio. During my years of practice I have worked at many different settings with people of different ages, diverse cultures and backgrounds.

I offer a variety of psychological services, including consultation, individual and family therapy, assessment and short or long-term treatments. My philosophy is that every person has their own unique needs and therapy should be individually tailored to help each person reach their full potential. I use an integrative approach based on cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and psychodynamic theories. I also offer several adjunctive therapies, including EMDR, hypnosis, stress management, mindfulness and past life therapy. I believe in a collaborative approach to find the right therapeutic approach for you based on what your needs and goals are, and what you would like to get out of treatment.

I teach several courses at the NYU Silver School of Social Work Postgraduate Child and Family Certificate Program and facilitate trainings with the Big Oak Psychotherapy and Training Institute.
